HOW TO ORDER

** Our customer's security is very important to us. Due to the owner's mistrust of confidential information running through the internet stream, all Crystal Wings Internet orders are to be done via our phone line.**

1. Call us Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm 530-926-3041

Please have the description and code of the products that you wish to order as well as your Credit Card number, expiration date, security code (on the back of the card), and your shipping AND billing address ready.

2. If you would like to have us call you to place an order, email us at crystalwgs@jps.net. Please include your name, phone number, description of the product you wish to order, and the day and time you are available to receive the call.

3. You can also Snail-Mail us an order by printing out and mailing the product information as well as your payment info (refer to option 1 for Credit Card info requirements) to the following address:

If you wish to pay by Check or Money Order, you must first send your payment to us before we ship out your order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and Handling charges are added onto your order. Please call or email us on exact cost, which varies depending on the items ordered, and your location. We use the US Post Office as our primary shipping service. We send out all packages as 1st Class and insure them. If an item is delivered broken or damaged, you must call us immediately at 530-926-3041 and save the original box. We will ship your order immediately but please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival.
